What's in my Shower Caddy?

Aug 1, 2014

Hello there! I haven't posted in God knows how long (like, a week or something tbh) but I felt like I should post a quick little post. I haven't had many ideas lately, so I'm currently scouring through blogs to gather some ideas. So keep your eyes peeled and follow me on Bloglovin' for post updates!

Lets get onto the post...
Ogx Quenched Sea Mineral Moisture Shampoo
Product description:
Quench dry, damaged hair with this nutrient rich blend of hydrating sea minerals along with healing algae to wrap split ends in repairing moisture, while supercharged sea kelp transforms dry, brittle hair into soft supple perfection.

Priceline was having a 2 for $20 Ogx Sale a few weeks ago, so me and my Mum decided to buy 2! It was a steal since each Ogx Shampoo/Conditioner usually costs around $17.95 in Australia. So this is the one I'm currently using; the other one I bought is the Hydrating Macadamia Oil Shampoo. I think this shampoo is quite good, it cleans your hair out really well, although it does leave it feeling quite dry (for me) even though it is called 'Quenched'. If you have a sensitive nose, or don't like strong-smelling shampoos, this will probably not be for you. The smell is quite a significant sea-like smell (but not a bad smell, it smells sea-like in a good way!)

L'Oreal Elvive Smooth Intense Conditioner
Product Description:
Enriched with Argan Oil, L'Oreal Paris Elvive Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Shampoo nourishes hair and calms frizz, cleansing hair from root to tip. It smooths hair without weighing it down, leaving hair 4 times smoother for up to 48 hours protection.
As you can tell, my family is not very brand-loyal. We use whatever brand we come across, that sounds good. L'Oreal however, is a brand that we've been using for quite a long time, and I really like the L'Oreal Elvive Range. It usually leaves my hair feeling significantly softer. What I like about this conditioner is that it actually does make it frizz-free and you can use it on your scalp and it won't leave a residue.
Product Description:
Refreshes the scalp by cleansing and soothing it with nourishing moisture and Eucalyptus. This formula, with invigorating Peppermint Extract, promotes healthy hair with a refreshing boost of moisture for hair that's softer and more stylable.
This is one of my favourite brands, ever! I love their Brunette range especially, and this is growing to be a favourite. I absolutely adore the scent of Peppermint, and the nice, tingly feeling it gives my scalp. (Quite similar to Burt's Bees!) It deeply cleanses my hair and makes it feel super duper soft and touch-able.
Product Description:
We've waited 82 British Sunrises for these raspberries to ripen before we squeezed them with vanilla into this recyclable bottle. This moisturising shower will leave your skin soft and smelling sweet.
I CANNOT EVEN EXPLAIN MY LOVE FOR THIS BRAND. It just smells sooo good and leaves my body feeling extremely soft. I use this Shower Gel with a loofah and the smell just radiates from my body afterwards. They have a lot of different scents, if Vanilla and Raspberry isn't your cup of tea. At first, I was sceptical of the Vanilla and Raspberry Shower Gel, (as I wanted the Shea Butter and Honey one) but my sister convinced me to get this one! AND I AM SO GLAD. SO. SO. GLAD.
I hope you guys liked this post and there will be more 'What's in my _____' posts soon!
