THREE QUICK AND HEALTHY Breakfast Ideas!!

Hey guys!! Today I will be doing a few healthy breakfast ideas!! I'm trying to make my blog
slightly more lifestlye-oriented with more fashion posts. SOO....if you want to know some healthy breakfast ideas then keep on reading!!!
Breakfast Greek Yogurt Recipe
What you will need:
- Natural Greek Yogurt
- Any fruit (eg. bananas, blueberries, strawberries, mango etc)
- Muesli/granola/rolled oats
- Sugar (optional)

Instructions:
1. Spoon some Greek yogurt (I usually use about 160g) into a bowl.
2. Cut some fruits and add to the Greek yogurt
3. Put some granola on the yogurt to add some crunch and taste.
4. If the Greek yogurt is too sour for you, add a teaspoon or two of sugar and mix through before adding the other ingredients.

Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfait
What you will need:
- Natural Greek Yogurt
- Any fruit (berries/banana etc)
- Muesli and chia seeds
- Honey (optional)

Instructions:
1. Mix together some Greek Yogurt with muesli and chia seeds.
2. Spoon the Greek Yogurt into a cup or mason jar and then on top of that put the fruits.
3. Keep on layering until you have as many layers as you want.
4. Put it in the fridge to keep it cool (if needed!)

Green juice
What you will need:
- 1 cup raw kale
- 1 frozen banana roughly chopped
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- 1 cup almond milk
- Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:
1. Add bananas, kale and mango to blender.
2.Squeeze about a tablespoon of lemon juice into the blender.
3. Add chia seeds and almond milk.
4. Blend until smooth
5.Add mint leaves as garnish (optional)
